The Energy Field

[Trường Năng Lượng]

There is an energy field — yet to be fully discovered by science — accessible through movement, meditation, and spiritual practice. This is Qi: the breath of life itself.

Qi breathes life into biological systems and involves in the creation of consciousness. It responds to minds and spirits, connecting beings both physical and non-physical.

It exists in this dimension and others. It strengthens the body, steadies the mind, and serves as the bridge of spiritual communication.

It is what makes energy healing, remote healing, psychic healing, prayer, spiritual blessings, divine inspiration, and flow states all possible.

Experiencing it opens the gateway to spontaneous movement, mudra and yoga postures arising naturally, meditative lightness, deep connectedness, and profound peace.

Its cultivation is Qi Gong — energy cultivation — and also Shen Gong: spirit cultivation. Both are inseparable aspects of the same path.

When matter, Qi, and Spirit move together in harmony — we experience healing. When we purify the body, calm the mind, and elevate the spirit, we align with the highest purpose.

In a Group Healing Session

[Trong buổi chữa lành nhóm]

In the monthly group healing, participants enter a shared meditative and energetic space. What arises is different for each person — yet the field is shared. You may experience some or many of the following:

Spontaneous gentle movement
A sense of calm and inner stillness
Harmony and balance throughout
Feeling grounded and present
Lightness — physical and mental
Heightened sensitivity and awareness
Deeper contact with the body
Emotions and subconscious thoughts surfacing
Old memories arising naturally
Tension and blockages intensifying, then releasing
Feeling more connected to others in the circle
Connection to those not physically present
Contact with those in non-physical states
Profound presence, mindfulness, and awareness
Deep insights into past experiences
Understanding the roots of suffering — and the way forward

What Is Spiritual Healing?

[Chữa lành tâm linh là gì?]

The spirit is a unique dimension of the mind — stemming from it, contained by the body, yet extending far beyond it. The spirit has the capacity to reach distant places, people, and even traverse dimensions, touching the collective field of timeless Mind.

When the body is harmonious, the spirit is aligned and well. Disharmonies in the body can cause a restless spirit — and disharmonies can also arise from external spiritual influences.

Spiritual Healing is the practice of healing ourselves and others through an understanding of the Energy Field and the Connected Mind. It works at the root — not just the surface — of suffering and imbalance.

Qi is deepened and sustained through mindfulness: a meditative practice that brings penetrative insight and profound transformation of the habitually restless mind. When Qi, mind, and spirit align — genuine healing becomes possible.

"When we purify our body, calm our mind, and elevate the spirit — we become aligned with the highest purpose: to unlock the deep mystery of Life itself."

This monthly group healing offers glimpses into this reality — hopefully motivating you to explore and grow. It is not a fix-all solution, and not a replacement for good food, medicine, holistic therapies, and wholesome living. It is a dose of spiritual therapy that may be a missing ingredient in your life. 🙂
